Because of non constitution of the Tribunal under the amended Waqf Act, 1951, the petitioner contends that the statutory remedy provided under the Act cannot be availed of.
Put up on 5.11.2015 by which date the Secretary, Waqf and Minority Welfare shall file an affidavit explaining as to why the Tribunal has not been constituted till date despite repeated orders of the Court.
