Heard and perused the record.
Case called out. The corpus Smt. Ishrana is present in the court along with her father Shabbir respondent no. 4. The petitioner no. 2 Amardeep alias Kallu is also present in the court along with his counsel, from the side of State learned AGA is also present.
On being asked, the corpus (Smt. Ishrana) has stated that she has come with her father Shabbir in the court and she is living with him voluntarily without any pressure whatsoever, that she has no relation with Amardeep alias Kallu and she also wants to go back with her father Shabbir; that her age is 20 years.
Since, the corpus Smt. Ishrana is voluntarily living with her father Shabbir (respondent no.4) and she is major. So no case of illegal detention is made out or proved. So she is free to go wherever and with whomsoever she wants to go. No person shall make any hindrance in her way to her destination.
Therefore, this habeas corpus writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
Smt. Ishrana (petitioner no. 1) is entitled to receive the bank draft of Rs. 10,000/- from the office of Registrar General.
