In spite of the order of the High Court dated 21.5.2012, the demarcation as well as delivery of possession over the confirmed chak of the petitioner has not been made.
Put up as fresh on 6th July, 2015.
Learned Standing counsel shall obtain instructions as to why the demarcation of chak and delivery of possession has not been made over confirmed chak. In case there is no interim order from any higher court, then Settlement Officer, Consolidation shall ensure demarcation and delivery of possession before 30.6.2015 Order Date :- 29.5.2015 Ashish Pd.
