By the order dated 22.5.2015, interim injunction has been granted restraining the opposite parties from raising construction over plot no. 112. Now the petitioners have filed the application for staying the operation of the orders dated 16.10.2014, 12.3.2015 and 10.5.2015.
It is alleged by the petitioners that in spite of the interim order dated 22.5.2015, the respondents are still raising consideration over the property in dispute, stating that operation of the orders dated 16.10.2014, 12.3.2015 and 10.4.2015 have not been set aside.
In such circumstances, the interim order dated 22.5.2015 is modified and it shall be read that the operation of the order dated 16.10.2014 passed by Consolidation Officer, 12.3.2015 passed by the Settlement Officer, Consolidation and 10.5.2015 passed by Deputy Director, Consolidation, so far as it relates to the chak of the petitioners shall remain stayed.
