The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the Settlement Officer, Consolidation, Muzaffarnagar to comply the order dated 27.4.2013 passed in Appeal No. 260 of 2013 and demarcate as well as delivery of possession of the Chak of petitioner in pursuance thereof.
It has been stated that there is no stay order against the order dated 27.4.2013.
This writ petition is accordingly disposed of with direction to the Settlement Officer, Consolidation to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 8.12.2014 within a period of six weeks.
If there is no interim order from any higher court, he shall ensure demarcation as delivery of possession over the chak of the petitioner in pursuance of the order dated 27.4.2013.
