(C.M.Application No. 193380 of 2015) By the order dated 26.5.2015, notices have been issued to respondents no.4 to 37.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an application stating therein that the respondents no.4 to 37 are proforma respondents. Only State of U.P. and the Gaon Sabha are the contesting respondents.
Accordingly in the order dated 26.5.2015, the sentence "issue notice to respondents no.4 to 37" shall be read as deleted.
Accordingly correction application is allowed.
