The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the appropriate authority to release the commutation amount of pension of Rs. 2,20,104/- with interest to the petitioner.
The petitioner has already filed an application in this respect before Basic Shiksha Adhikari which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with direction to Basic Shiksha Adhikari to forward the application of the petitioner to the appropriate authority who shall decide it within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
The petitioner is also permitted to file a fresh representation before the appropriate authority along with relevant papers and certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks.
