Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri D.P.Singh, Advocate, for the respondents.
Bechu Ram is before this Court with a request to issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Central Administrative Tribunal Allabahad Bench Allahabad to decide and dispose of petitioner's O.A No. 886 of 2013 (Bechu Ram Vs. Union of India and others) on merits within stipulated period.
The request that has been made on behalf of petitioner cannot be entertained by this Court for the simple reason that we are totally unaware of the existing pendency of the concern Tribunal and coupled with this we are also totally unaware of the roster of the aforementioned tribunal wherein the matter is pending.
In view of this on mere asking by the petitioner such a direction cannot be issued by this Court, as such, writ petition is dismissed, accordingly. However, dismissal of this writ petition will not at all come in the way of petitioner to make appropriate request before the tribunal concerned.
