This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing seeking a direction to the courts concerned to decide the bail application of the applicant on the same day in Case Crime No. 414 of 2012 under Sections 542, 323, 354 IPC, Police Station Baldev, District Mathura, pending before the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.3, Mathura.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the averments made in the present application, the Court is not inclined to exercise its inherent and discretionary power under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the charge sheet at this stage.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
