This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the charge sheet dated 13.4.2006 as well as entire proceedings of Case No. 335 of 2014 (State vs. Safdar Husain) under Section 6/7/10 U.P. Sharwajanik Examination (Anuchik Sadhno ka Nirakchan Adhiniyam, 1998 and under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 353 IPC arising out of Case Crime No. 70 of 200 Police Station Pokaliya, District Basti.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the averments made in the present application, the Court is not inclined to exercise its inherent and discretionary power under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the charge sheet at this stage.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
