The facts giving rise to the present Special appeal are more or less identical to that of Special Appeal No. 350 of 2015 which has been decided today i.e. 28.05.2015.
The Adhikari Pariksha Certificate of the petitioner on verification has been declared to be forged by the Vice Chancellor of the Gurukul Vishwa Vidyalaya Vrindavan, Mathura.
For the reasons as recorded in the Special Appeal No. 350 of 2015, this special appeal is also dismissed.
