This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a direction to the courts concerned to decide the bail application of the applicants on the same day in Case No. 1162 of 2007 (State of U.P. Vs. Mohd. Anish and others), under Section 307 IPC, P.S. Shivkuti, District Allahabad.
It is stated that the applicant is avoiding the court below and not participating in the trial.
The prayer is wholly misconceived.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
No order as to costs.
