Heard Sri Dinesh Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Azad Khan, learned counsel appearing for respondents no.4, 5 and 6. There is no counsel for respondents no. 1, 2 and 3.
The petitioner is seeking quashing of the order dated 13/14.5.2014 passed by respondent no.1, Executive Officer, Nagarpalika Parishad, whereby his services have been terminated.
It is pointed out that the petitioner has an alternative remedy by way of filing an appeal before the authority concerned.
The writ petition is disposed of on the ground of alternative remedy. The petitioner may file an appeal before the authority concerned.
