Heard Sri Puneet Bhadauriya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Habib Ahmad, learned counsel for the respondents.
In this writ petition, it is noticed that the respondents no. 1 and 2 are the same. Besides, the petitioner's husband is stated to have worked under the North Central Railway, Allahabad which has not been impleaded as a party in the writ petition.
The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition impleading appropriate necessary parties.
