The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents for payment of gratuity and provident fund in respect of service rendered under the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. The BSNL has been notified under the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 and, therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable in the High Court in view of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of L.Chandra Kumar vs. Union of India, (1997) 3 SCC 261 Order Date :- 21.5.2015 Ashish Pd.
