In a suit filed for permanent injunction, plaintiff-petitioner filed an application for grant of interim injunction upon which notices have been issued on 6.8.2012 and the defendants have also been served but no orders upon it have been passed so far.
Considering the above, this petition stands disposed of, directing the court concerned to dispose of the pending application for grant of interim injunction in Original Suit No. 704 of 2012, either on the next date fixed or immediately thereafter, by fixing short date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
