Interim injunction of the petitioner has already been rejected in the suit against which an appeal is pending.
This petition has been filed for a direction upon the defendants to restore the electricity connection to the petitioner and to decide the share of electricity bill.
Since the appeal arising out of grant of interim injunction matter is pending, such reliefs can be pressed by the petitioner before the appellate court and no direction as has been claimed in the present petition can be granted.
The petition, therefore, fails accordingly, and is consigned to records.
