Suit filed by plaintiff-respondent for permanent injunction, remained pending since 2002. It is stated that proceedings are being routinely adjourned. A prayer has been made to direct the court concerned to decide suit.
Considering the above, the petition stands disposed of, with the observation that the court concerned shall expedite the proceedings of Suit No. 1042 of 2002, and conclude the same, by fixing short dates, without granting unnecessary adjournments in the matter.
