It is contended that although the award has become final but the same is not being executed.
Prayer has been made to expedite the proceedings of Misc. Case No.1 of 2009.
Considering the above, this petition is disposed of with the direction to the court concerned to make all endeavors to conclude the proceedings in accordance with law, at the earliest possible, by fixing short date, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
Prayer for fixing time schedule is rejected.
