Alleging disobedience of an injunction order, proceedings under Order 39, Rule 1 and 2 of C.P.C. have been initiated, which has been registered has Misc. Case No. 25/74 of 2014, which is pending.
Submission is that the respondents are still violating the order.
Considering the above, this petition stands disposed of with the direction that the court concerned shall proceed to dispose of the proceedings in Misc. Case No. 25/74 of 2014 without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
