In respect of custody of a three years old child, proceedings under the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 have been instituted in Misc. Case No. 14 of 2012, which has remained pending.
Submission is that considering the nature of proceedings, it ought to have been concluded at the earliest.
Considering the above, this petition stands disposed of with the direction upon the court concerned to make all endeavor to conclude the same, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, by fixing short dates.
