In a suit filed by plaintiff-petitioner for permanent injunction, an application for grant of temporary injunction has also been filed, upon which notices have been issued.
This petition has been filed to expedite the proceeding.
There does not appear to be any unusual delay, which may require no direction by this Court to expedite the proceeding.
However, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach the court concerned for an early consideration of the interim injunction application and if such an application is made, the court concerned shall deal with the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law.
