In a suit filed by plaintiff-petitioner for cancellation of sale deed an application for grant of interim injunction has also been filed, which has remained pending since 2014. It is stated that notices upon interim injunction application have been issued and objection has also been filed by the defendants. It is contended that 30.7.2015 is the next date fixed in the matter. A prayer has been made to direct the court concerned to dispose of the interim injunction application.
Considering the above, the petition stands disposed of with the direction upon the court concerned to pass appropriate orders on the pending application for grant of temporary injunction in the Original Suit No.476 of 2014 in accordance with law, either on the next date fixed or immediately thereafter by fixing short dates, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
