Both the courts below in a suit filed by the plaintiff-petitioner for permanent injunction have directed the parties to maintain status quo. The courts below have considered the respective case of the parties and have found it appropriate to protect the suit property till disposal of the suit.
This Court finds no error in the reasoning assigned in the orders impugned, whereby suit property has been directed to be reserved.
Consequently, the petition fails and is consigned to records.
However, as the suit itself has remained pending since the year 2008, it would be appropriate to observe that the court concerned shall proceed for its disposal by fixing short dates, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
