This appeal under section 372 Cr.P.C. has been filed against the judgement and order dated 22.11.2014 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Court No. 3, Bareilly in which accused respondents have been acquitted. Against the impugned judgement the Government Appeal No. 785 of 2015 has been filed, the same has been admitted, therefore, this appeal is also admitted and connected with Government Appeal No. 785 of 2015. Lower court record has been received. The bailable warrants have been issued against the accused respondents, therefore, there is no need to issue fresh bail bonds against the accused respondents.
