From a perusal of the record it is apparent that the present short term bail has been filed on the ground that the marriage of the cousin of the applicant was to be solemnized on 20.6.2014, the said fact has been mentioned in para-3 of the accompanying affidavit. It appears that the present short term bail application has become infructuous as the date of marriage as already expired.
Accordingly, the present short term bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
