Heard Sri Vaibhav Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Meera Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State.
The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by Hon'ble Anurag Kumar, J. (as he then was) vide order dated 22.7.2013, hence this second bail application on behalf of the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant has not been able to inform the Court about the status of the trial.
He is directed to file a supplementary affidavit annexing the order-sheet of the trial court within one week from today in order to show the status of the trial.
