Heard Sri Desh Ratan Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.
The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by Hon'ble Surendra Vikram Singh Rathore, J. vide order dated 8.11.2013, hence this second bail application on behalf of the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial of the present case ended into acquittal of the applicant, hence the present bail application has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
