As per direction of this court, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has placed the inquiry report before the court, whereas we are of the view that it is the State Government who is to take decision in the matter.
Considering the report dated 2.1.2015 (Annexure-9) as also the order dated 31.3.2015, we hereby direct the State Government to take decision in the matter within two weeks and place the same before this Court through necessary affidavit to pass an appropriate order.
