As per direction of this court, the learned Standing Counsel has received instructions in the matter. On the basis of instructions he has submitted that in the matter of transfer service and ad-hoc appointment no pay-protection of the last pay drawn by the petitioner in the erstwhile department, has been provided on account of which an order to recover the amount paid to the petitioner on the basis of last drawn/paid has been issued.
He seek a week's time to file counter affidavit.
Time as prayed for is allowed.
