Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner appeared in the High School Examination in 2012. Her date of birth however was wrongly shown in the mark sheet issued by the Board. He has also referred to the application for correction as forwarded by the Principal of the institution and appended at Page 15-A of the writ petition. He submits that till date no steps have been taken by the Board for redressal of the above grievance.
In light of the above, let the learned Standing Counsel complete his instructions/file his Affidavit in this matter within a period of two weeks from today.
List this petition again on 27th May, 2015.
