Learned counsel for the petitioners informs that despite the order passed by this Court on 22.4.2015, Sri R.A. Akhtar, learned counsel appearing for the Commission has not filed his Counter Affidavit. He is also not present even in the revised call.
Accordingly, list this petition again on 14th May, 2015.
Sri Akhtar may comply with the order dated 22.4.2015 in the meanwhile.
The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to inform Sri Akhtar of this order passed today in writing.
