Sri Neeraj Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-University states that the examination paper of the petitioner was duly evaluated on line and therefore the contention that no evaluation took place is incorrect.
Let the aforesaid fact be brought on record by means of an Affidavit to be filed within three weeks.
Post this matter upon expiry of the aforesaid period.
