Heard learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Vivek Singh, who has appeared for the contesting opposite party.
Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have compromised the matter out of the Court and settled all disputes and differences amongst them. The Court however finds that no Affidavit of the opposite party No. 2 in support of the above submission has been filed.
Let this petition be included in the Supplementary List of fresh cases of appropriate Court of 13th May, 2015.
The matter shall not be treated as part-heard or tied-up to this Bench.
