From a perusal of the records of this application, it is apparent that on an earlier occasion, the Court had extended the time available to the applicants to surrender and appear before the court below. The order of the Court dated 2.2.2015 records that they were granted (two weeks and no more further time) for appearance and surrender before the Court below.
Accordingly and in light of the above, it would be appropriate that this application be placed before the appropriate Court.
Accordingly, let it be included in the Supplementary List of Fresh Cases of the regular Court on 11th May, 2015.
The matter shall not be treated as part-heard or tied-up to this Bench.
