Vimlendra alias Pappu is before this Court with a request to quash the first information report in question dated 15.04.2015 registered as Case Crime No. 339 of 2015, under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 429, 34 IPC and 3/5A/8 of Cow Slaughter Act and 11 Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act, 1960, Police Station Kalwari, District Basti.
We have the occasion to peruse the first information report in question in question and the first information report in question prima facie does reflect complicity of the petitioner also and son of the petitioner has been arrested on the spot.
In view of this, no case for quashing of the first information report is made out.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
