Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
The relief prayed for in the present petition has been confined only to the conclusion of the proceedings initiated against the petitioner by the District Supply Officer, Kanpur Nagar with reference to the charge sheet dated 19.5.2015. It is his case that reply to the charge sheet has been submitted on 30.5.2015.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is desirable that the proceedings initiated may be brought to their logical end at the earliest possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before District Supply Officer.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
