Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The writ petitioner admits taking of loan from the bank. It is also admitted that the petitioner has committed defaulter in re-payment thereof.
There cannot be any mandamus by this Court asking the Bank to accept the outstanding dues in installments in the facts of the case.
The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
