Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
In the matter of enquiry against the Executive Officer, we have serious doubts with regard to the locus of the petitioner, who is only a complainant to maintain this petition. But we find that the State Government has issued a letter dated 10.2.2015 informing the petitioner that the complaint against the Executive Officer has been referred for the enquiry to the District Magistrate, Ghazipur under the letter dated 20.1.2015.
In view of the aforesaid, we only provide that the District Magistrate shall look into the matter and shall do the needful preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed with the aforesaid observation.
