Sri Manvendra Singh, holding brief of Sri Santosh Kumar Nigam, learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P. are present.
It is pointed out on behalf of revisionist that juvenile accused namely Shubham @ Akhilesh Singh, revisionist in the present case has been acquitted by the learned Juvenile Justice Board.
In view of the above, this revision has been rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this revision is dismissed as infructuous.
