Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The Regional Transport Officer has served a notice dated 9.5.2015 upon the petitioner against which the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
We are of the opinion that the petitioner should file a reply to the said notice. If such a reply is filed within two weeks from today, the authority concerned will consider and decide the same after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
