Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It transpires that the petitioner's vehicle was seized by the Regional Transport Officer, Mirzapur on account of non payment of the tax. The petitioner has moved an application 7.7.2015 for release of the truck and for payment of the arrears of tax on installment basis.
We dispose of the writ petition directing the Regional Transport Officer, Mirzapur to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner within two weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
