The controversy in this writ petition is similar and identical to the one involved in Writ C No.63199 of 2013, Ram Pratap Deo Wati Inter College and another Vs. State of U.P. and others decided by a separate judgment passed today itself i.e.27.07.2015.
The dispute is regarding 47 students of the Institution who have been admitted directly in Class-12 after they had failed in Class-12 in the previous Institution and 3 students of the Institution who have been admitted directly in Class-10 after they had failed in Class-10 in the previous Institution.
Since the matter is covered by the above referred decision, this writ petition is also allowed in terms of the said decision dated 27.07.2015 passed in Writ C No.63199 of 2013, Ram Pratap Deo Wati Inter College and another Vs. State of U.P. and others and the respondents are directed to forthwith declare the result of the aforesaid students of the High School and Intermediate Examination-2014 of the Board of U.P. High School and Intermediate Education.
The writ petition is allowed accordingly.
