Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondent.
There are two appellants namely, Vikas and Sonu. So far as the second appellant is concerned, on the prayer made before the earlier Division Bench, a direction was issued to the Juvenile Justice Board to ascertain the status of juvenility as claimed by appellant no.1. A report has been received along with the order of the Juvenile Justice Board dated 6th July, 2015 which indicates that Sonu has been declared juvenile in conflict with law.
The learned A.G.A. prays for two weeks' time to obtain instructions to verify the status of this case in this regard.
List after two weeks. A copy of the order may be obtained by learned counsel for the appellant to apprise himself from the proceeding of this case.
