Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
It has been pointed out that an office report is pending for consideration before this Court. We have perused the office report dated 3.1.2013 in Criminal Appeal No. 5850 of 2009.
We find that in all the three appeals, the accused have been granted bail and the appeal has been admitted.
It appears that a connected trial in relation to the same case being Session Trial No. 206A of 2006 is not being proceeded with on account of the lower court records having been summoned by this Court in the present case.
In view of the aforesaid position, we direct that the paper book of this case in these appeals shall be prepared as expeditiously as possible within one month and then the lower court records shall be transmitted to the court below as desired by the trial court keeping in view the office report dated 3.1.2013.The lower court be informed accordingly by sending a copy of this order.
