Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the record.
This Special Appeal is of the year 1999 filed by the District Inspector of Schools. Today when the appeal was called out, no assistance could be provided to the Court either by the Standing Counsel or by the counsel for the respondents.
We disapprove of the practice, which deplored of cases being not prepared even after being notified in the cause list a day earlier.
The special appeal is dismissed for want of assistance.
