Petitioner herein seeks expeditious disposal of Suit No.1160 of 2010 under section 125 Cr.P.C. As it is not known to the court as to what is the pendency of the cases before the court concerned, it is not possible for this court to issue any direction as prayed for.
However, it is expected that the court concerned shall make an earnest endeavour to dispose of the case expeditiously as per law as is expected of it. It is further observed that grant of general dates cannot be appreciated. However, an effort should be made by the court concerned to decide the matter at the earliest.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
