The order passed by the State Government dated 19th September, 2014 provided for grant of ACP to the petitioner on individual basis with the condition that as and when a decision is taken for the entire cadre of employees of the Medical and Health Services, Uttar Pradesh, the same would apply to the petitioner also.
Learned Standing Counsel has produced before us copy of the Government Order dated 26.2.2015, whereunder the scheme of ACP in respect of the employees of the department has been enforced.
In view of the aforesaid, it has become necessary for us to require the respondent no.1 to file an affidavit detailing as to what monitory benefits, the petitioner would be entitled, both in the matter of arrears of salary as well as fixation of pension under the policy decision dated 26.2.2015.
Let counter affidavit be filed within two weeks.
