After the matter was heard at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he wants to withdraw the writ petition.
Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with complete facts with regard to the date on which the road had to been constructed.
