Civil Misc. Correction Application No. 218604 of 2015:
By means of this application the applicant/petitioner has sought correction of the order dated 19.05.2015.
Correction Application is allowed.
Accordingly, in the 4th line of 2nd paragraph the date "11th August, 2004" be read as "05.10.2004" and in the second last line of the said paragraph the date "8th October, 2004 be read as "11.08.2004".
In the 5th line of 3rd paragraph the date "11th June, 2007" be read as "11th August, 1997" as well as in the 5th line of 4th paragraph the words "Mohan Singh Verma" be read as "Hukum Chandra Jaiswal".
